How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Reliuslearning Tree Service should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Reliuslearning Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If something went wrong with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Reliuslearning Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@reliuslearning.quest and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
