Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Reliuslearning Tree Service wants reliuslearning.quest to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want this website to be usable by as many people as we can reach. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and keep pages in a sensible order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this website may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the website is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@reliuslearning.quest and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
Feedback on accessibility is welcome. Email contact@reliuslearning.quest and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As the website is updated, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
